Deepak G. Azad is an Internal and Occupational Medicine physician who has been serving the Southern Indiana community for more than 16 years. He is a graduate of Government Medical School in India and completed his Master’s Degree in Public Health from New York Medical College in 1989. In 1995, Dr. Azad completed his Internal Medicine residency from the University of Louisville and in 1997 completed a second residency in Occupational Medicine at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Azad is an active member of the Indiana State Medical Association, American Medical Association and American College of Physicians. He is also a member of the Kentucky Medical Association and Greater Louisville Medical Society. Additionally, Dr. Azad proudly served in the Kentucky Air National Guard Medical Squadron for two years.
Dr. Pope is a board certified Family Medicine physician who has practiced at Floyd Memorial for over 40 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Transylvania University and graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He is a retired Brigadier General in the United States Army, and a member of the Foundation Board at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville. Dr. Pope is an adult outpatient physician.
