C.M. Hocker Jr., MD, is a board certified Family Medicine physician with over 30 years of experience. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and medical school degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine, graduating in 1977. Dr. Hocker completed his residency program at St. Joseph Hospital in South Bend, Indiana, in 1980, and has been practicing medicine since. He is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Hocker takes a special interest in addiction medicine as well as preventive medicine through fitness and wellness. He enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, Janna, and children, Annie, Katie and Adam, as well as his dog Artie. He also enjoys skiing, playing golf and piano, and is an avid reader.
Janet Hollis, ARNP is a board certified family and emergency medicine nurse practitioner. She graduated from Indiana University in 1989. Janet spent sixteen years working for Kosair Children’s Hospital in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department as an ER Nurse before graduating from Indiana University/Purdue University with a master’s of science in nursing degree in 2004. Janet is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and she is a Licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She was Kosair Children’s Hospital’s Nurse of the Year in 2000. In her free time, Janet enjoys ballroom dancing, working out to keep healthy and spending time with her children Chris, Kevin, Scotty and Bradley.
