  • Yelena Vanina

    Yelena Vanina, M.D.

    Board certified adult psychiatrist, Yelena Vanina, MD, received her bachelor’s degree in medicine with honors from Kyrgyzstan State Medical Institute in 1986. She then went on to complete her doctorate degree in 2005 from the University of Louisville School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. Dr. Vanina spent four years working in the State Psychiatric and Neurological Hospital in Kyrgyzstan before becoming an interpreter for Clark Memorial Hospital and Jewish Hospital. Since her interpreter occupations, she continues to practice as an adult psychiatrist with special interests in mental illness and dual diagnosis. In addition, Dr. Vanina has considerable experience treating patients with psychotic disorders, chemical dependence and intellectual disabilities. She is also interested in Geriatric Psychiatry, Psychopharmacology and Addiction Psychiatry. Dr. Vanina has publications featured in Psychiatric Services and Kentucky Psychiatrist.

  • Jeuti Wylde

    Jeuti Wylde, M.D.

    Psychiatrist, Jeuti B. Wylde, MD, graduated medical school from Guahati Medical College in India. After moving to the United States, she spent several years working in Washington State. Dr. Wylde then completed residency in Psychiatry and Behavioral Health from the University of Louisville. For nearly 20 years she has practiced medicine in the Louisville Metro Area, much of that time has been spent in Indiana.

  • David Whittaker

    David Whittaker, ARNP

    Board certified adult psychiatric nurse practitioner, David M. Whittaker, PMHNP-BC, APRN, received his bachelor’s degree in nursing from Spalding University in 1986. He then went on to complete his master’s degree in 1997 from the University of Kentucky and his post-master’s certificate as an adult psychiatric nurse practitioner from Northern Kentucky University in 2011. David spent 22 years in the Army Nurse Corps before retiring from the military in 2002. Since his military retirement, he continues to practice as an adult psychiatric nurse practitioner with special interests in veteran’s issues, post-traumatic stress, mood and anxiety disorders. In addition, David has considerable experience treating patients with bipolar spectrum disorders, thought disorders such as Schizophrenia and substance abuse. He is also experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy and smoking cessation. David has been married to his wife Melissa for 32 years. They have two adult children, Erin and Troy. David loves spending as much time as possible outdoors doing things such as hiking, gardening and camping. He also enjoys activities with his church.
