Our unique Women’s Imaging Center provides access to a wide range of sophisticated diagnostic and imaging technologies in a convenient, private location specifically designed with women in mind. We are a certified Softer Mammogram Provider, using cushioned Mammopads to allow for the most advanced, comfortable experience possible.

Also available at the Women’s Imaging Center are

• pDXA osteoporosis screening and bone density scans with a DEXA (Dual Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry) machine
• Digital mammography that utilizes the Siemens MAMMOMAT Novation DR (the most advanced digital mammography system available)
• Stereotactic breast biopsy
• Ultrasounds
• 4-D obstetric ultrasounds.

Floyd Memorial also provides a completely renovated, state-of-the-art labor and delivery unit where mothers-to-be can deliver their babies with assurance that their needs will be attended to by a compassionate and well-trained staff.
