Our team can assist you with insurance issues, pre-surgery or medical consultations and testing, post-surgical care, exercise groups, counseling and support groups. We will match services to your individual needs, whether through our non-surgical Health Management Resource (HMR) diet program, or our bariatric weight loss surgery program.
Our team consists of board-certified physicians, surgeons and a psychiatrist, social workers, registered dietitians, nurses, exercise specialists and other consulting specialists who all share a common goal of helping you succeed.
