Driving Directions from/to Louisville Avoiding the Sherman Minton Bridge/I-64W

To Floyd Memorial:

Utilizing I-265W (Kennedy Bridge)

  1. Take I-65 North across the Kennedy bridge and continue north
  2. Take Exit 6B to I-265 West towards New Albany
  3. Take I-265 West to Exit 1 – State Street
  4. Turn left onto State Street
  5. Follow State Street for approximately 1 mile, Floyd Memorial will be on the left

Utilizing US-31N (Second Street Bridge)

  1. Take the 2nd Street Bridge towards Indiana
  2. On the Indiana side of the bridge, S 2nd Street becomes US-31N
  3. Take the ramp towards Brown’s Station Way/New Albany
  4. Merge onto Old IN-62W/Brown’s Station Way
  5. Old IN-62W/Brown’s Station Way becomes E Spring Street
  6. Turn Right on State Street
  7. Follow State Street for approximately 1 mile, Floyd Memorial will be on the right

From Floyd Memorial:

Utilizing US-31S (Kennedy Bridge/Second Street Bridge)

  1. Travel southeast on State Street towards the Ohio River
  2. Turn Left onto E Main Street/IN-111
  3. Turn Left onto Vincennes Street/IN-111
  4. Take the 3rd Right onto E Spring Street
  5. E Spring Street becomes Old IN-62W/Brown’s Station Way
  6. Go straight towards I-65S/US-31S/IN-62E
  7. Take the US-31S ramp toward Louisville
  8. Turn slight Right onto US-31S
  9. If the Second Street Bridge is preferred, continue across the bridge into Kentucky
  10. If the Kennedy Bridge is preferred, merge onto I-65S via the ramp on the left towards Louisville/Nashville and cross into Kentucky

Utilizing the I-265E (Kennedy Bridge/Second Street Bridge)

  1. Travel northwest on State Street towards Floyds Knobs
  2. Merge onto I-265E/IN-62E/Lee Hamilton Hwy towards I-65
  3. Merge onto I65S via exit 7 towards Louisville/Jeffersonville
  4. If the Second Street Bridge is preferred, take the US-31S ramp towards Louisville and continue across the bridge into Kentucky
  5. If the Kennedy bridge is preferred, continue on I-65S across the bridge into Kentucky

Parking

Parking for patients and visitors is available on the south side of the hospital in the main entrance parking area. You may choose to use our free Shuttle service or self park in this area.
