At the second stop light, turn left onto State Street
Travel approximately two miles, Floyd Memorial will be on the right
Immediately before the hospital, turn right at the stoplight into the hospital’s main entrance

From the North

I-65 South to I-265 West
I-265 West to Exit 1 – State Street
Turn left onto State Street
Follow State Street for approximately 1 mile, Floyd Memorial will be on the left
Go past the hospital and turn left at the stoplight at the corner of E. Cottom Ave. and State St. to enter at the hospital’s main entrance

From the West

I-64 East to I-265 East
I-265 East to Exit 1 – State Street
Turn left onto State Street
Follow State Street approximately 1 mile, Floyd Memorial will be on the left
Go past the hospital and turn left at the stoplight at the corner of E. Cottom Ave. and State St. to enter at the hospital’s main entrance

Parking

Parking for patients and visitors is available on the south side of the hospital in the main entrance parking area. You may choose to use our free Valet Parking service or self park in this area.
