Floyd Memorial’s Sleep Disorders Center is nationally accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine as a certified laboratory for sleep-related breathing disorders. We are dedicated to the accurate diagnosis and treatment of sleep-related ailments for adults and children. The Sleep Disorders Center is located in the basement at Floyd Memorial Hospital.

Patients scheduled for a consultation with one of the Sleep Disorders Center physicians may download and complete the designated physician forms below prior to your appointment.
The Sleep Disorders Center treats many sleep-related issues including
- Obstructive sleep apnea
- Restless leg syndrome
- Teeth grinding
- Excessive daytime sleepiness
The Center is staffed by registered respiratory therapists and polysomnographers who have been specially trained in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders. We have recently expanded to include six fully-equipped sleep labs, accommodating a growing demand in our community for sleep studies.
The Floyd Memorial Sleep Lab-Corydon is also fully equipped for sleep disorder assessment and consultation. The Sleep Lab is located in the Northfield Plaza at 313 Federal Drive, Suite 040.
