However, when 13 percent of Indiana residents are without health insurance, it makes the struggle to afford healthcare more evident. Floyd Memorial has developed options to assist patients with paying their bills so they can continue to take care of their health through preventive care and treatment.

New Pre-Registration Process: Before a patient comes to the hospital for treatment, our registration specialists will review patient benefits, provide an estimate of payment for services rendered. During this time, patients have the opportunity to pay copays and deductibles in advance of services.

Full Bill Payment Discount: Patients who pay their bill in full within 30 days of receiving your first statement, the hospital will provide a 10 percent discount.

Payment Plan Options:

• When paying in full is not an option, the hospital offers an 18-month interest free payment plan.
• For patients who are unable to pay due to various reasons, we offer a financial assistance program.
