If you have been diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, or any other sleep disorder, you understand the daily stress and frustration that can come with not getting enough sleep on a regular basis. The Floyd Memorial Sleep Disorders Center can offer support and assistance to get on the road to a restful night’s sleep.
Free education support seminars are held by the Center on a quarterly basis at the Southern Indiana Rehabilitation Hospital on Blackiston Blvd. in New Albany. An upcoming seminar, being help Tuesday, March 17th from 7-8:30 p.m., will focus on Obstructive Sleep Apnea and feature speaker Azmi Draw, MD, pulmonologist and sleep specialist who practices in Southern Indiana. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.
Refreshments and door prizes will be provided, and representatives from various Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and Bi-Level equipment manufacturers will be available to display the latest in new sleep masks and equipment.
