Carol Mullen, RN, MPH, Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services’ Chief Quality and Patient Safety Officer, has been selected by the Indiana Hospital Association (IHA) Board of Directors to serve on the IHA Council on Quality & Patient Safety. Mullen has been appointed to a two-year term beginning January 1, 2012.
