Floyd Memorial’s Healthier Community Initiative (HCI) provides many opportunities to assess your personal health and well being free of charge. Donated by the Floyd Memorial Foundation in 2004, the Health Express travels around the community making screenings and education more accessible.

The Health Express is a 36-foot medical mobile unit fully equipped with multiple screening areas, a physical therapy assessment table, six hearing booths and a DOT-regulated bathroom facility. It has wireless computer access and a large plasma screen television with VHS and DVD capabilities.
