Adriana Spanova, M.D.
Dr. Spanova is a board certified Family Medicine physician. She originally hails from the Slovak Republic in Europe, and received her medical degree from P.J. Safarik University in the Slovak Republic in 1996, where she also completed her residency in Internal Medicine and practiced as a Hospitalist for three years. After moving to the United States in 2003, Dr. Spanova worked for Floyd Memorial?s Research Department as a Clinical Research Coordinator until 2006, when she began her Family Medicine residency at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Dr. Spanova joined the Floyd Memorial Medical Group-Northgate practice upon completion of her residency in 2009. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and enjoys jogging, gardening and spending time with her husband, Peter, and daughter, Juliana.
