Maria de la Cruz, M.D.
Dr. Maria de la Cruz is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. She graduated from University of Louisville Medical School and completed her residency in Family Medicine at the McLeod Family Medicine Residency Program in South Carolina, where she was awarded “Resident of the Year” in her graduating class. Dr. de la Cruz is devoted to making a difference in her patients’ lives. She is passionate about establishing long lasting relationships with all of her patients and their families. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing and swing dancing.
Candace Embry, M.D.
Dr. Candace Embry is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1977 and from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1981. She completed her Family Medicine Residency Training in Greenville, South Carolina in 1984. Dr. Embry is devoted to providing comprehensive care to her patients. She and her husband, Dr. George Estill, have three children, Maggie, Leslie and Andrew. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding and caring for her home.
George Estill, M.D.
Dr. George Estill is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. He graduated from the University of Dayton in 1974 and attended graduate school at Wright State University and the University of Kentucky. He then received his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in 1980 and completed his Family Medicine residency training in Greenville, South Carolina in 1983. He and his wife, Dr. Candace Embry, began their practice in 1984. Dr. Estill is determined to create caring relationships with his patients and their families, and prides himself in providing comprehensive family care. In his free time, he enjoys tending to his small farm and spending time with his family.
Reggie Lyell, M.D.
Dr. Lyell is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1987 and received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee-Memphis in 1991. Dr. Lyell completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Tennessee-St. Francis Hospital Residency Program and served as Chief Resident in his final year. In his spare time, Dr. Lyell enjoys biking, travel, music and spending time with his wife, Gena, and their two children, Katherine and Colin.
Andrew Morton, M.D.
Dr. Morton is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. He graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Medicine and received his Medicine Degree from Indiana University in 1997. He then completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Naval Hospital Pensacola in 2000. Dr. Morton served in the Armed Forces for 16 years. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his four children, Samantha, Toby, Benjamin and Theodore.
John Reinoehl, M.D.
Dr. Reinoehl is a board certified Family Medicine Physician. He graduated from Hanover College in 1996. Dr. Reinoehl spent three years in Ghana, West Africa serving as a teacher in the Peace Corps before graduating from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2003. He then completed his Family Medicine residency at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana in 2006. Dr. Reinoehl also completed an Obstetrics Fellowship at Medicos para la Familia in Memphis, Tennessee. He speaks fluent Spanish and has spent time working in several countries in Central and South America. In his free time, Dr. Reinoehl enjoys gardening and spending time with his wife, Katie and their children Jack and Nellie.
Gena Lyell, F.N.P.
Gena Lyell, FNP-C is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. In 1989 she graduated from Midway College in Midway, Kentucky and worked as a RN in a variety of hospitals and community settings. In 2004 she received her Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. She worked at the VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky for two years before coming to Harrison Family Medicine, a division of Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano, staying active with her church, and spending time with her husband, Dr. Reggie Lyell, and their two children, Katherine and Colin.
