Floyd Memorial Medical Group - Georgetown is conveniently located just two blocks from the Georgetown exit on I-64 at 5300 State Road 64. The practice offers the expertise of board certified Family Medicine physicians Howard Pope, MD, as well as board certified Internal Medicine physician Santhi Chennareddy, MD, and is currently accepting new patients ages 17 and older.

New Patients

Our patients’ time is very important to us. All new patients are asked to come to their first appointment prepared with:

  • Current insurance card
  • Photo ID
  • List of current medications, herbs and supplements being taken
  • List of any medication allergies
  • Arrive 30 minutes early to fill out the new patient packet
  • Co-pay if required
