  • Satya V. Garimella

    Satya V. Garimella, M.D.

    Satya Garimella, MD, FACC, graduated from Osmania Medical College in India, and then moved to the United States, where he completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL. Dr. Garimella completed his fellowship in cardiology at the University of Louisville and his fellowship in electrophysiology at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. He is a board certified cardiologist specializing in electrophysiology. Dr. Garimella also completed additional training in atrial fibrillation ablation techniques at the Mayo Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic as well as biventricular pacing techniques at Emory Hospital in Minneapolis. Dr. Garimella and his wife, Chandrika Kanugovi, Ph. D, have three children.

  • Lakshmana Pendyala

    Lakshmana Pendyala, M.D.

    Lakshmana Pendyala, MD, (Dr. Penn) graduated from Guntur Medical College in India then moved to the United States, where he completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiovascular diseases at the University of Louisville. He served as chief medical resident and chief cardiology fellow during his training at University of Louisville. Dr. Penn also did two years of interventional and endovascular training in Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Dr. Penn and his family lived in Louisville for last for 10 years. Dr. Penn has expertise in cardiac catheterization, percutaneous coronary intervention, percutaneous endovascular intervention, exercise stress testing, cardiac echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and preventive cardiology.

  • M. Saleem Seyal

    M. Saleem Seyal, M.D.

    M. Saleem Seyal, MD, FACP, FACC, graduated from Nishtar Medical College in Pakistan in 1974. He then completed his internal medicine residency at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago in 1978 and served as Medical Supervisor of Emergency Department there from 1978 to 1981. Thereafter, he pursued cardiology fellowship at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago (1981-1983). He is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular medicine, interventional cardiology and nuclear cardiology. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Louisville. Dr. Seyal is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, American College of Physicians and the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada. He is also a member of the American Society of Hypertension, the American Society of Nuclear Medicine, the National Lipid association and is a founding member of the Society of Cardiac CT. He is a board certified hypertension specialist and a clinical lipidologist. He is a member of the Greater Louisville Medical Society, Kentucky Medical association and Clark County Medical Society. He has been practicing cardiology in the Kentuckiana area for 29 years. Dr. Seyal is married and has three children.

  • Christopher Hofelich

    Christopher Hofelich, D.O.

    Louisville native Christopher Hofelich, DO, graduated from Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. He then completed his internal medicine residency and fellowships in cardiology and interventional cardiology at Grandview Hospital & Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Hofelich is board certified in internal medicine, cardiology, and nuclear cardiology. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Internists, the American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. Dr. Hofelich lives in Louisville with his wife and two children.

  • Kimberly  Campbell

    Kimberly Campbell, ARNP

    Kimberly S. Campbell, RN, MSN, CNS, ANP-BC is a licensed RN and Nurse Practitioner in Indiana. She began her nursing career after receiving her bachelor’s of science in nursing in 1987. She then went on to complete her master’s of science in nursing in 2004 and post-master’s certificate in nursing in 2009, all from Indiana University – Indianapolis. Kimberly is certified from the American Heart Association as an Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider, and a graduate of the first VHA Nursing Leadership Institute. She’s a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana. Kimberly is married and has two daughters.
