• Daniel Eichenberger

    Daniel Eichenberger, M.D.

    Daniel J. Eichenberger, MD, is board certified in both adult internal medicine and pediatrics. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 1990, where he then went on to complete the dual residency in Internal Medicine and pediatrics in 1994. Most recently, Dr. Eichenberger received his MBA in Health Care Management in 2013 from Indiana Wesleyan. Dr. Eichenberger has been in private practice at Physician Associates of Floyds Knobs since 1994. He is married to his wife of thirty years, Stephanie, and they have four children, Daniel, Jacob, Sally and Stuart, along with five grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, fishing and teaching. Dr. Eichenberger is also an active member of his church.

  • Stuart Eldridge

    Stuart Eldridge, M.D.

    Stuart A. Eldridge, MD, is a board certified pediatrician. As an undergraduate, Dr. Eldridge earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Kentucky in 1981. He went on to graduate from the University of Louisville, where he got his Master’s degree in Biochemistry. In 1990, Dr. Eldridge graduated medical school from the University of Louisville, where he also went on to complete his residency in pediatrics in 1993. He is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association, the Floyd County Medical Society and the Greater Louisville Medical Society. Prior to joining Physician Associates of Floyds Knobs in 1994, he spent one year practicing at the Norton Audubon Hospital as the staff pediatrician. Dr. Eldridge and his wife, Janet, have a son, Ryan, and daughter, Whitney. In his free time, he enjoys boating and water skiing.

  • Phillip Johnson

    Phillip Johnson, M.D.

    Phillip M. Johnson, MD, board certified family medicine physician, graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1980 and then completed residency at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis in 1983. Dr. Johnson has been in practice for 30 years, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Johnson has been married to his wife, Theresa, for 35 years and they have four children, Zach, Michelle, Aaron and Joe. He also has six grandchildren. Dr. Johnson enjoys reading, golf, hiking and fishing.

  • Stephen Karem

    Stephen Karem, M.D.

    Stephen C. Karem, MD, family medicine physician, is a member of the Indiana Medical Association and the Floyd County Medical Association. Dr. Karem attended medical school the University of Louisville School of Medicine where he graduated in 1991. He then completed his residency in family medicine at Trover Clinic in Madisonville, Kentucky in 1994. Dr. Karem continued his studies with a fellowship in internal medicine at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati from 1994-1995. He has practiced at Physician Associates of Floyds Knobs since completing his training. Dr. Karem is married to his wife Susan and has two children. He enjoys hunting, UofL basketball and football.

  • Christina Minrath

    Christina Minrath, M.D.

    Christina Marie Minrath, MD, is board certified internal medicine physician and board eligible pediatrician. Dr. Minrath graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in 2000, where she went on to complete a dual residency in internal medicine and pediatrics. She joined Physician Associates of Floyds Knobs in 2004 upon completing her residencies. Dr. Minrath and her husband, Brian, have two children, Samantha and William. She is a member of Northeast Christian Church and her children attend school at Christian Academy of Louisville. Dr. Minrath is a middle school field hockey coach at her children’s school. All her free time is spent watching her children’s sports including, field hockey, basketball, football and lacrosse.

  • Kristie Upton

    Kristie Upton, ARNP

    Kristie Upton, advanced registered nurse practitioner, was born and raised in Louisville, and is proud to have recently made Southern Indiana her new home. Kristie received her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from the University of Louisville in 2003. She then worked as a registered nurse for eight years and in 2011 earned her Masters Degree in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Kristie and her husband, Chris, have two daughters, Reese and Molly. They are members of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church and enjoy traveling, boating, watching UK basketball and spending time with family.
