Stephen Kirkman, MD, board certified Family Medicine physician, completed medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine. He then completed his family medicine residency at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. Following his residency, Dr. Kirkman worked for St. Anthony Hospital in Crown Point, IN, and then for St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital in Anderson, IN. Dr. Kirkman serves as a minister for the Bible Holiness Church and is in leadership of missionary trips to South Africa. He is married to his wife, Tina; they have four children and live in Corydon, IN.
Maria Loyd, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner certified by American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has over 20 years of nursing experience including general surgery, neurosurgery, bariatrics, acute care and family practice. Maria obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1998 from West Florida University. Maria went on to complete a master’s degree in 2011 as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University. Maria also has professional memberships with Kentucky Coalition of Nurse Midwife and Nurse Practitioners, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Maria is actively involved in Medical Missions to Central America and United Methodist Women’s Organization. Maria is fluent in Spanish, and is married with two children.
