Services

Hours of Operation:

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Services offered include but are not limited to:

  • Well and sick child and infant appointments
  • Well and sick adult and geriatric appointments
  • Vaccinations
  • Annual check-ups and screenings
  • Routine physicals
  • Routine pap smears
  • On-site laboratory services
  • Anticoagulation Clinic: for patients on anti-coagulant medications who are being monitored for PT/INR levels, we offer a clinic with our Nurse Practitioner and no appointment necessary, on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
