Floyd Memorial Endocrinology offers three convenient locations in Southern Indiana, including offices in New Albany, Jeffersonville and Corydon. The practice offers the expertise of board certified Endocrinology/Diabetes and Metabolism Specialist, Vasdev Lohano, MD, FACE. All locations are currently accepting new patients over the age of 18.

Information for new patients: Our patients’ time is very important to us.  All new patients are asked to come to their first appointment prepared with:

  • Current insurance card
  • Photo ID
  • List of current medications, herbs and supplements being taken
  • List of any medication allergies
  • Co-pay if required
