About Floyd Memorial Medical Group

Floyd Memorial Medical Group is a group of primary care physicians, nurse practitioners and specialty physicians who are employed by Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services. We currently offer patients a network of 20 primary care and specialty providers at 12 locations throughout Southern Indiana, and are growing larger every day.
