Indiana Hunter Education Course
Participants must attend both sessions for a total of 10 hours. Hunter education is required for anyone born after December 31, 1986 in Indiana. Cards or certificates from another state or Canada can be used. Hunter education is also required to hunt some Military Reservations and otehr states check your regulation carefully. These classes are not just for kids and not just for hunters. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult and recommended for those under 16. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a guardian’s liability release signed before taking this course.
