Join us for a free informative seminar given by Demetra Antimisiaris, PharmD, CGP, FASCP, doctor of pharmacology and assistant professor of family and geriatric medicine at the University of Louisville. This workshop will help persons with memory loss and their caregives gain an understanding of commonly prescribed medications and challenges they may face in managing their medications. The workshop will address safe medication management, recognition of medication concerns, what to do about medication concerns and medication resouces. Light refreshments will be provided.
