Description:

Pre-diabetes is a condition where blood sugar levels are higher than normal, but not high enough to be considered diabetes. If you have pre-diabetes, or if you are overweight and age 45 or older, you are at high risk of developing type-2 diabetes unless steps are taken to reduce your risk. This class is designed to help determine what changes are needed and to set goals for living healthier. Class is self-pay and costs $25. Pre-payment is required at the beginning of the class.
