Nursing PRIDE Program
(Professional Recognition In the Development of Nursing Excellence)
The nursing PRIDE program fosters an environment of clinical excellence to promote positive patient outcomes. The program offers monetary reward and recognition for nurses who demonstrate commitment to their professional performance and colleagues.
Tuition Reimbursement
Available for full-time or part-time associates who have been employed at Floyd Memorial for a minimum of 6 months. Up to $3,000 in annual benefits are available for approved, work-related undergraduate courses for full-time associates (maximum benefits are pro-rated for part-time).
Scholarship Opportunities
Available for full-time, part-time, or PRN associates who have been employed at Floyd Memorial for a minimum of 6 months and have been accepted into an accredited Nursing or Allied Health program. Applicants are eligible for up to $5,000 per year. Selection is competitive and a one-year service agreement with Floyd Memorial for every $5,000 received is required.
