BPW-Links for Life Provides Massage Therapy Grant for Breast Cancer Patients and Caregivers

The Floyd Memorial Cancer Center of Indiana recently received a generous grant from local organization, BPW-Links for Life. The $7,040 grant will fund massage therapy for breast cancer patients and their immediate caregivers receiving treatment at the Center.

Massage therapy has been clinically proven to reduce stress, blood pressure and pain in cancer patients, and is embraced by healthcare providers the world over for its ability to help patients and their caregivers deal with the challenges of cancer treatment.
