Free Seminar on Lower Back Pain Set for January 31 at Floyd Memorial Hospital

NEW ALBANY, IN – Many people struggle with lower back pain.  It can affect nearly every movement that you make.  Back pain can force you to stop doing the things you like for fear that the pain will worsen.  There are many conditions that contribute to lower back pain and several treatment options to help alleviate that pain.  Floyd Memorial Hospital’s Rehabilitation Services will host a free seminar titled “Understanding Lower Back Pain, Common Conditions and Treatment.”  The presentation will be held at Floyd Memorial Hospital’s Paris Health Education Center on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 6-7 pm and will be given by Paul Lonnemann, PT, and Autumn Allgeier, ARNP, Nurse Practitioner.

Paul Lonnemann is a licensed Physical Therapist and manager of Floyd Memorial Physical Therapy Works Highlander Point at 724 Highlander Point Dr. in Floyds Knobs.  His certifications include Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Manual Therapy Certified (MTC) and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist (FAAOMPT).

Autumn Allgeier, ARNP, is a skilled Nurse Practitioner with Floyd Memorial’s Spine Center.
