In an effort to expand their world-renowned diabetes education model to more communities in Southern Indiana, the Floyd Memorial Joslin Diabetes Center Affiliate will offer its “Balance and Control” diabetes education class at Christie’s on the Square in Salem on Friday, March 26 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (lunch is included). The program is designed for individuals looking to get their diabetes under control, new to diabetes or new to insulin. It is covered by most insurance plans, however, a physician order is required.
